On February 8, 2023, the BaLinkBayan Team of the Commission flew to Kidapawan City to carry out data gathering and website management training for the city’s localized BaLinkBayan website. The two partners inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on the BaLinkBayan Project back on January 6, 2020, which was to be the start of a series of activities aimed at capacitating the focal persons who will manage the project. However, the planned activities were put on a halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
