PUERTO PRINCESA CITY – Recognizing the vital role of non-resident Filipinos (NRFs) in driving economic growth, investments, tourism, philanthropy, and knowledge exchange, the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and the Provincial Government of Palawan have strengthened their partnership to help transform the province’s global Filipino community into active partners in local development.
