Strategic thinking is a key skill to be an effective leader. It is defined as the process where you transform your business vision into reality by enhancing your teamwork, problem solving and critical thinking abilities. It also helps you become flexible to change, adaptive during transitions, and receptive to new opportunities.

In developing a strategic vision for your business, you must consider and focus on five different criteria to determine your ideal outcome and the steps necessary to attain your business vision.
